My public group class schedule, Fall 2018, is: 
           Friday- 5:00pm- Flow Yoga, Y, Burlington
           Saturday- 8:30am- Integrated Yoga, with a chair, South Burlington
                                             (my Survivorship Now class has moved, class is 
                                          suitable for those with health challenges- inclusive 
                                          of those impacted by cancer)                             
           Monthly Workshops- Studies in self-care
           Monday- Friday- private and semi-private Yoga; small group and
                                       corporate group on site classes; teacher/practitioner  
                                       trainings (approved continuing ed for Yoga Alliance
                                       and NCBTMB)
I have my private practice in South Burlington, Vermont by appointment:
Fees: $65/hour and $95/hour and a half
Cancellation Policy: 24 hours notice is needed to cancel an appointment.
                              Less than 24 hours incurs full payment.

Rescheduling Policy: If you find you're consistently needing to reschedule, my 
                                   practice cannot accommodate (except for those in a health
                                   crises where we have mutually agreed on parameters). A 
                                   recommendation might be to opt for a remote session or 
                                   to be in touch 1-2 days from when you'd like to be seen.
I do do home visits, as well as hospital and rehabilitation/clinic center visits.
I currently liaison with the State of Vermont and UVM Medical Center.
In Boston, I have worked at Spaulding in Cambridge, St. Elizabeth's in Brighton, Mass General in Boston, Chilton House in Cambridge, Boston Centre in West Roxbury. In New York, I have worked at Community General Hospital in Liberty. In Vermont, I have worked at the Vermont Children's Hospital, Survivorship Now, and the VNA Respite House.

Inside of grants- Multiple Sclerosis Society, High Fives Foundation, Ludcke Foundation, Survivorship Now, Vermont Victims Compensation, and the EPSCoR Foundation.
I am available for phone appointments.
I am available to work outside of Vermont and outside of the States. I have worked in New York, New Mexico, Massachusetts, Illinois, New Hampshire, and Vermont; in Spain and Greece.
I have my NPI number and in select States, with doctor's prescriptions, I can accept insurance. Please inquire if interested and how to proceed.
My product line is crafted to your needs. Please do be in touch whether it's for skin care, help in easing nerves, meditation oil, or what comes to mind that would be helpful to you. As a sample, I have created facial kits, pregnancy support kits, chakra balancing suite, sleep aids, private yoga CD's, space/building/land clearing and realigning support, etc.

On a personal note:

I have been part of the task force of the U.S. National Certification Board in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, helping in the structuring of our Board Certification Exam.

I have my Bachelor's degree from NYU and am currently pursuing a second degree in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math).

I am a recipient of the 2016 EPSCoR scholarship for 1st Nations people in the Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research in Science.

I was selected and participated in the National Institutes of Health, 1st Nations Visit Week, Bethesda, MD July 2016- emphasis on research and lab work; was sponsored by Vermont Genetics Network, VT INBRE chapter.
